I scheduled service with Ryan at the Service Desk. He was on time with the service. The work was performed by a technician. I spoke with him he informed me of what was done to my vehicle. My car service was finished in the appropriate amount of time. My invoice was prepared and I submitted payment. I was completely pleased with the process. I will continue to refer my friends and other likely customers. In addition, Ryan was extremely helpful informing me of future care for my vehicle. Kudos to all. Including the Management team that hired the Service Department.

15000 mile service, which invluded oil change and tire rotation on my 2500HD. Left the lot with the wrong tire pressures, too high in the front and too low in the back, which alarmed after each restart.
