Repairs completed, coordinated with insurance company, ordered parts completed ahead of schedule.

We appreciate the fast check-in, courteous associates during check-in and check-out. Also, the assistance after asking a manager named Andrew in getting us a discount on the cost of programming a new key fob that we bought in order to have 2 keys, since we traded in our vehicle and handed over 2 keys. I came in for a couple of tires. I didnt realize I couldn't schedule the appointment online but Randall called me right away and made it happen. Everything moved smoothly.

Friendly staff, quick appointment

Had engine trouble and wound up having to have a new engine installed under the vehicle warranty I purchased with the vehicle. It took a couple of months but Valley River handled everything, did a good job and truck is back at work.
