It's a gamble finding a good Eos
by jasmine on 1/25/2023 4:06:12 AM
my first car and I absoutely loved it! Everyone knows how much i obsess over my lil Eos! I will certainly miss putting the top down and blasting music and screaming the lyrics :( We were definetly duped bought a lemon. I wouldn't recommend bc its pricey to maintan (due to it being discontinued) and its a gamble getting one that's not a lemom lol. Lots of leaking, engine problems (spark plugs, ABS system failing, windows working when opening the door, and finally the catalytic converter was the last straw) Spent around 15K tryna keep it running for the year and a half I had it but I will always love the Eos and anxiously await for VW to bless us with a new fleet of EOS! - 5.0
Super fun!

Bought in Ohio but from Florida. Had some issues that needed fixed. One thing was the horn which affected the air bag. Expensive to fix 2 small parts and labor $1100. Aside from that fun. Turbo, oh yes your head will go back into the seat when you get on it. Looks like a transformer robot when putting top up and down, people will stare. Really cool. And did I mention fun. It is. Good luck finding one and if you do expect high miles and expensive. Got a good deal on ours because they didn't want to fudge with the horn. Beep beep, have fun!
